We recently had Dave service both our Viking cooktop and our Sub-Zero refrigerator, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our Viking range needed a spark module replacement and our Sub-Zero required a new control board. What impressed us most was that Dave had all the necessary parts in stock and completed both repairs the same day we reached out. No waiting, no back-and-forth — fast, efficient, and extremely professional. His knowledge of high-end appliances is obvious. He diagnosed everything quickly, explained the issues clearly, and handled the repairs with precision. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommended.

My washer broke at noon. My efforts to fix it were hopeless. I called Prime Appliance at 12:45. Rustam was at my home by 2pm. I explained the problem in general terms. He asked me some questions that narrowed down the potential causes. I had to step out for a minute. By the time I came back he had the washer raised (the problem was fixable from beneath the device) and confirmed the problem with the actuator. He then gave me an estimate to replace the part which turned out to be the exact amount charged. He had the part in his car and was able to replace it in under 10 minutes. He then ran the washer through some cycles to make sure it was back up and running. Everything worked perfectly and I was able to run 3 loads through that day. Rustam was very efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. He provided an excellent service experience!

I opened my fridge and knew something was wrong. Everything inside was 60 degrees. I was afraid my beloved french door refrigerator was done for! Prime Appliance Repair had someone here within a couple of hours. Dave replaced the fan motor like a real pro and said my Kenmore ought to last a long while yet. He even told me what to expect as my fridge and freezer come back into temp. I'm really impressed with how the office worked with my busy schedule as well. If I ever need equipment or appliance repairs again, I will be calling Prime.
